CoSpace is a community-centered non-profit organization for startups, innovators, SMEs to launch their company or helping foster their existing brands by providing dedicated and communal workspaces  and also host a diverse range of startup events, meetups, workshops and social activities of all types. 

 

How to apply to join our CoSpace for Arts & Fashion Boutique ?

 

CoSPace for Art & Fashion Boutiques is a home to a curated mix  of Fashion startups, entreprenuers and other creative people in Art & Fashions. Membership is available for Solo entreprenuers, fashion developers and freelancers. 

 

Key things you need to know about the Membership

 

There are two types of membership - Dedicated and Coworking. In the case of dedicated membership, a dedicated space will be provided to exhibit member products with the members' brand name displayed in the counter. Where as, in the case of Coworking membership, a shared, common space will be provided for the members to exhibit their products.

 

Members shall pay a security deposit of 0.50 lac to the trust, out of which 0.25 lac shall be retained by the trust at the time of withdrawal of membership.

 

There will also  be a monthly membership fee for each member depending on the specific Area/Space taken by the member to display his/her products and this will range from Rs 6,500/- to Rs 12,500/- monthly in the case of dedicated membership.

 

In the case of Coworking membership, a monthly fee of Rs 2,500/- shall be charged for displaying the products at a common space. Also, there will be a limitation to the number of stocks/products that can be displayed at a time.

 

A member can withdraw from his membership at any point of time by serving a 2 months notice to the trust and the trust also will have the power to remove any member from the membership by giving one month notice.

 

The trust shall take utmost care to safeguard all the products displayed in the location and the member shall be the sole owner of the goods till such a time a sale is initiated. 

 

The trust shall take care of all advertisements and promotions on behalf of the member establishments

 

All sales will be routed through a company with Sales Tax registration who will look after and manage both the off-line and on-line (through the website) sales on behalf of the trust. The biling shall be made common for all, but the individual identity of the brand will be taken care of. The company and the trust together shall take a certain percentage (10 to 20%) of the sales as manangement charges.

 

Members can take out their sales amount of their goods after deduction of management charges on a weekly or a monthly basis as per their choice.
